Legitimate interest in your information

The Personality Mandala Research Project collects and processes your information legally under the United Kingdom (UK) General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) because the Research Project has a legitimate interest in your personal-identifying-information, your Type-Indicator-information and your anonymous-demographic-research-information.

1. Legitimate interest in your personal-identifying-information

2. Legitimate interest in your anonymous-Type-Indicator-information

Your Indicator-Information includes your sub-totals for each of the three Parts of the Type-Indicator, your overall-totals for each of the eight Types, and your Primary-Type and Auxiliary-Type-Indication. The Research Project collects and stores your Type-Indicator-Information anonymously in the Database separately from your personal-identifying-information under an anonymous-Personality-Type-Indication-Code.

If SCPublishing sells The Personality Mandala Research Project, the Website should ask you for your consent to transfer your personal-identifying-information in the form of your Personal-Membership-Account to the new owner of the Research Project. If SCPublishing closes The Personality Mandala Research Project, the Website should delete your personal-identifying-information in the Database.
